MOTION to appoint the firm of Edward F. McElroy and Associates as Public Relations Consultant for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago
Body
I hereby move to appoint the firm of Edward F. McElroy and Associates as Public Relations Consultant for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for a period of one year commencing January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 pursuant to Section 11.4 of the District's Purchasing Act. The Consultant shall be compensated at a rate of $4,000.00 per month.
I further move that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized and directed to issue a purchase order to Edward F. McElroy and Associates in an amount not to exceed $48,000.00 (forty-eight thousand and 00/100 dollars) upon the above and foregoing terms, and that the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, the Clerk, the Director of Procurement and Materials Management, and the Executive Director be authorized and directed to execute said purchase order and related agreement on behalf of the District after said agreement is approved by the General Counsel as to form and legality.
