MEMORIAL RESOLUTION sponsored by the Board of Commissioners extending sympathy and condolences to the family of Stephanie Russell
Body
WHEREAS, Stephanie Russell was born on October 1, 1960 in Chicago, Illinois to Ida Mae and Oscar Lee Russell; and
WHEREAS, Stephanie's education began at Sacred Heart Grammar School and later matriculated to Academy of Our Lady High School; and
WHEREAS, Her formal education culminated in the award of a Bachelor of Science Degree from the City University of New York; and
WHEREAS, Stephanie began her career as a pharmacy technician and later transitioned to the more challenging position of surgical technician, where she was known for her meticulous and quiet ways; and
WHEREAS, Stephanie was a Messenger of God, preaching his word daily, deriving meaning for her life from the Bible and often ending a conversation with "Thank you, Jesus" or "God Bless and love you"; and
WHEREAS, in life, Stephanie was a loving sister to Deborah Davis, the late David Lee Russell, Rosalind Russell, Jennifer Russell-Varnel and Sirena Russell-Ambrose and an adoring aunt to Samuel III, Ariel, Julian, Tierra, Emma, Tessla, Naomi, Samantha and Mya; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that we, the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, on behalf of ourselves and staff, extend our sympathy and condolences to the family of Stephanie Russell; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Resolution be spread upon the permanent Record of Proceedings of the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, and that a copy of same, suitably engrossed, be presented to the family of Stephanie Russell.
