At the Board meeting of August 6, 2015, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 72, File No. 15-0923.
A textual error in the title and resulting order indicated, Authorization to amend Board Order of February 5, 2015. Same should have read, Authorization to amend Board Order of August 7, 2014.
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of August 6, 2015 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
