At the Board meeting of September 1, 2016, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 31, File No. 16-0863.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, Issue a purchase order and enter into an agreement with Illinois Sustainable Technology Center. Same should have read, Issue a purchase order and enter into an agreement with University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign d/b/a Illinois Sustainable Technology Center.
The statement, This project will be conducted under the auspices of the Master Agreement between the University of Illinois and the District. Same should have read, This project will be conducted by the Illinois Sustainable Technology Center (ISTC) under the auspices of the Master Agreement between the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the District.
The statement, Inasmuch as the Illinois Sustainable Technology Center possesses a high degree of professional skill. Same should have read, Inasmuch as the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign d/b/a Illinois Sustainable Technology Center possesses a high degree of professional skill.
All other information provided in the transmittal letter is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of September 1, 2016 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
