At the Board Meeting of January 19, 2017, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 18, File No. 17-0066.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated “Requisition 1450843”. Same should have read “Requisition 1427507”.
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of January 19, 2017, be amended to effect the change set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
