Authorization to amend Board Order of November 17, 2016, regarding issue purchase order and enter into an agreement with Aerico, Inc. for maintenance services for APC equipment, Agenda Item No. 16, File No. 16-1167
At the Board meeting of November 17, 2016, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 16, File No. 16-1167.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, This purchase order will expire on December 31, 2016. Same should have read, This purchase order will expire on December 31, 2017.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, The agreement expired on December 31, 2015. Same should have read, The agreement expires on December 31, 2016.
All other information provided in the transmittal letter is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of November 17, 2016 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
