Dear Sir:
Authority is requested to add Project 17-903-41, Elevator Improvements at the Mainstream Pumping Station, to the Capital Improvements Bond Fund at the request of the Maintenance and Operations Department.
The purpose of the project is to provide all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials and appurtenances to rehabilitate the north and south vent elevators at the Mainstream Pumping Station.
The project consists of performing structural, mechanical and electrical repairs to the elevators, thus returning to service and extending the useful life of the elevators at the Mainstream Pumping Station Facilities. The estimated cost of this project is $245,000.00.
