At the Board Meeting of January 19, 2017, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 14, File No. 17-0003, deferred from the January 5, 2017 Board Meeting, Agenda Item No. 16.
A textual error in the transmittal letter and resulting order indicated “Accounts 101-66000/67000/ 68000/69000-612520.” Same should have read “Accounts 101/501-50000/66000/67000/68000/69000-612520.”
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of January 19, 2017, be amended to effect the change set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
