Body

I hereby move to amend File No. 17-0555, Agenda Item No. 23, by amending the last sentence of the fifth full paragraph as follows:

The IGA shall require that project related Construction Contracts, paid with District funds, must comply with the District’s Purchasing Act, the Multi-Party Labor Agreement, and the District’s Affirmative Action Ordinance, Appendix D.
