Dear Sir:

 

One change order was approved by the Director of Engineering that cumulatively, but not individually, increased or decreased the value of the contract by $10,000.00 or less during June and July 2017.  The contract and related data is listed in Attachment 1

 

Twenty-two change orders were approved by the Director of Engineering on contracts with a 5% contingency provision for errors and omissions and unforeseen circumstances, for an increase or decrease of $100,000.00 or less during June and July 2017.  The contracts and related data are listed in Attachment 2.
