At the Board meeting of December 7, 2017, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 24, File No. 17-1269.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, Issue purchase order and enter into an agreement with CDW Government LLC. Same should have read, Issue purchase order to CDW Government LLC and enter into an agreement with CDW Government LLC and Mimecast North America Inc
All other information provided in the transmittal letter is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of December 7, 2017 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
