Report on the correction of a typographical error in the Ordinance O18-001 An Ordinance directing the County Clerk to reduce the levy of taxes on Capital Improvement Bonds for the levy year 2017 and O18-002 An Ordinance abating taxes heretofore levied to pay the principal of Capital Improvement Bonds of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago

Dear Sir:

At the board meeting of February 1, 2018, the Board of Commissioners authorized the above stated actions, agenda file numbers O18-001 and O18-002.

A typographical error in the ‘Certification of Ordinance’ on page 4 of the Ordinances occurred. The language has been revised from “and the seal of The County of Cook, Illinois at Chicago” to “and the seal of the District.”  

All other information provided in the Ordinances and the board letter are correct.
