MOTION to plan District-wide employment celebration dinner, summer picnic and holiday dinner during 2009

I move that the Board of Commissioners authorize the Executive Director to plan a District-wide employment celebration dinner, summer picnic and holiday dinner during 2009, and that the Executive Director be authorized to spend up to $25,000.00 total on these events.
