MOTION to Amend Motion of February 5, 2009, to appoint Reyes, Williams & Associates, LLC, as Lobbyist for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago to reflect the proper name of Gerardo J. Reyes, P.C.
Body
I hereby move to amend the motion of February 5, 2009, to appoint Reyes, Williams & Associates, LLC as Lobbyist for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for the 2009 Regular and Veto sessions to reflect the firm’s proper name of Gerardo J. Reyes, P.C.
I further move that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized and directed to issue a purchase order to Gerardo J. Reyes, P.C. in an amount not to exceed $21,000 (twenty-one thousand dollars) and that the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, the Clerk, the Director of Procurement and Materials Management and the Executive Director be authorized and directed to execute said purchase order and related agreement on behalf of the District after said agreement is approved by the General Counsel as to form and legality.
