At the board meeting of January 22, 2009, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 29, File No. 09-0121.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, HVAC Improvements, in the Stickney Service Area. Same should have read, HVAC Improvements at the Stickney Water Reclamation Plant.
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of January 22, 2009 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
