Authorization to amend Board Order of February 7, 2019, regarding Authorization to execute change orders to decrease purchase orders or carryforward FY2018 encumbrances to FY2019

Dear Sir:

 

At the Board meeting of February 7, 2019, the Board of Commissioners duly ordered the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 6, File No. 19-0001.

 

The attachments titled “Maintenance and Operations - FY2018 Purchase Orders,” “Monitoring and Research - FY2018 Purchase Orders,” and “Procurement and Materials Management - FY2018 Purchase Orders” contained incorrect open encumbrance information. The purchase orders affected are attached.

 

On the attachment titled “General Administration - FY2018 Purchase Orders”, purchase order 3100169 was marked for decrease and close. This purchase order should have been marked for carry forward to Fiscal Year 2019.

 

On the attachment titled Information Technology - FY2018 Purchase Orders, Purchase Order 3099796 was marked for decrease and close.  This purchase order should have been marked for carry forward to Fiscal Year 2019.

 

All other information provided in the transmittal letter is correct.

 

Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of February 7, 2019 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
