Dear Sir:

 

At the Board Meeting of September 19, 2019, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 36, File No. 19-0922.

 

A textual error in the title and throughout the transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, the company name as IHC Construction Companies, Inc.  Same should have read, IHC Construction Companies, L.L.C.

 

A textual error in the transmittal letter, paragraph 6 and resulting order indicated, The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) utilization goals for this contract are 20 percent MBE, 10 percent WBE, 3 percent VBE and bidder offers MBE credits to satisfy the SBE participation.  Same should have read, The Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE), and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) utilization goals for this contract are 27 percent MBE, 10 percent WBE, 3 percent VBE and bidder offers MBE credits to satisfy the SBE participation.

 

A textual error in the transmittal letter, paragraph 10 and resulting order indicated, The contract will commence upon approval of the Contractor’s Bond and all work will be completed within 400 calendar days.  Same should have read, The contract will commence upon approval of the Contractor’s Bond and all work will be completed within 430 calendar days.

 

All other information provided in the transmittal is correct. 

 

Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of September 19, 2019 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
