At the Board Meeting of May 7, 2020, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 35, File No. 20-0346.
The original transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, “Dresser-Rand Group, Inc.” throughout as the service provider.
Same should have read, "Dresser-Rand Company.”
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of May 7, 2020, be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
