Ladies and Gentlemen:
At the direction of Commissioner Terrence J. O’Brien, Chairman of the Committee on Real Estate Development, a Study Session will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2009, at 2:00 p.m., in the Board Room, 100 East Erie Street, Chicago, Illinois.
The purpose of the Study Session is to discuss the leasing policy for District property along the North Branch and North Shore Channel. Immediately following, a Study Session will be held to discuss the MOB/MOBA Space Study.
