At the Board Meeting of February 7, 2013, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above-stated action, Agenda Item No. 14, File No. 13-0081.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order referenced, Lemont Wet Weather Treatment Facility and Reservoir, Lemont Water Reclamation Plant throughout the transmittal letter. Lemont Wet Weather Treatment Facility and Reservoir, Lemont Water Reclamation Plant should have read Wet Weather Treatment Facility and Reservoir, Lemont Water Reclamation Plant, Lemont, Cook County, Illinois throughout the transmittal letter.
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of February 7, 2013 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
