Dear Sir:
 
Authority is requested to add, JOC Contract No. J67742-12, Hanover Park Box Culvert Replacement, to the Construction Fund, at the request of the Maintenance and Operations Department.
 
The purpose of JOC Contract No J67742-12 is to replace a failing culvert at the Hanover Park Water Reclamation Plant that is essential to the adequate drainage of stormwater away from the plant.
 
The project consists of replacement of the existing 40-foot long, 48-inch by 60-inch arch corrugated culvert with a 48-inch by 60-inch, concrete box culvert.  The estimated cost of the project is $200,000.00.
