Dear Sir:
Request for proposal documents have been prepared to engage an auditor experienced in auditing Blue Cross Blue Shield medical claims and prescription drug claims at the request of the Finance Department.
The purpose of this request for proposal is to provide the District with an audit of medical claims for current and retired District employees to ensure compliance of allowable medical prescription drug claims in accordance with the reimbursements outlined in the District's contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
The estimated cost for this request for proposal is $25,000.00.
There is no bid deposit for this request for proposal.
Appendix A will not be included in this contract because the estimate is less than the minimum threshold established by Section 4 of the Affirmative Action Ordinance.
The tentative schedule for this request for proposal is as follows:
