Dear Sir:
 
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents have been prepared for Executive Coaching Services for a Three-Year Period at the request of the Human Resources Department.
 
The purpose of this contract is to obtain executive coaching services for approximately 75 upper-level employees of the District for the purposes of management and leadership development. The services will be requested on an as-needed basis.
 
The estimated cost for this RFP is $75,000.00.  The estimated 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 expenditures are $8,000.00, $25,000.00, $25,000.00 and $17,000.00 respectively.
 
A bid deposit is not required for this RFP.
 
Appendix A is not included because the estimate is less than the minimum threshold established by Section 4 of the Affirmative Action Interim Ordinance.
 
The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:
Advertise:      July 17, 2013
Proposals Received:      August 28, 2013
Award:      November 1, 2013
Completion:      December 31, 2016
 
Funds are available in Account 101-25000-601170 for 2013.  Funds are being requested in 2014, 2015 and 2016 in Account 101-25000-601170, and are contingent on the Board of Commissioners' approval of the District's budget for those years.
