Contract documents and specifications have been prepared for publish invitations for contracts and publish legal notices for original entrance and promotional civil service examinations and other legal notices for a one (1) year period, beginning approximately October 1, 2013 and ending September 30, 2014.
The estimated cost for this contract is $58,000.00.
No bid deposit is required for this contract.
The Multi-Project Labor Agreement (MPLA) is not applicable to this contract because the classification of work does not fall within the provisions of the MPLA.
The Affirmative Action Interim Ordinance Appendix D is not included in this contract because the estimate is less than the minimum threshold established by Section 4 of the Affirmative Action Interim Ordinance.
The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:
Advertise July 24, 2013
Bid Opening August 13, 2013
Award August 29, 2013
Completion September 30, 2014
Funds are available in Account 101-20000-612360.
In view of the foregoing, it is recommended that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized to advertise Contract 13-045-11.
