Dear Sir:
 
Request for proposal (RFP) documents have been prepared for 13-RFP-10 Scale Software at Six Biosolids Management Areas, at the request of the Maintenance and Operations Department.
 
The purpose of this request for proposal is to obtain all software and programming necessary to install a new scale software system at the District's six biosolids management areas.
 
The estimated cost for this contract is $40,000.00.
 
No bid deposit is required for this RFP.
 
Appendix A will not be included because the estimate is less than the minimum threshold established by Section 4 of the Affirmative Action Interim Ordinance.
 
The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:
