At the Board meeting of May 2, 2013, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 8, File No. 13-0419.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, "Contract 13-805-21." Same should have read, "Contract 13-805-22."
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of May 2, 2013, be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
