I move to suspend Article III, Section 3.2 (A) of the Rules of the Board of Commissioners of the MWRDGC and move the appointment of the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of each Standing Committee, except the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, to the next Regular Board of Commissioners' Meeting.
