Report on designation of authority to affix, notice and recordation, pursuant to 70 ILCS 2605/4a.  The Chairman of the Committee on Finance has designated in writing the persons listed on the attached notice with the authority to affix their signature as Chairman of the Committee on Finance to any written instrument which is required to be signed by the chairman.

The written signature of the Chairman and persons designated will be recorded in the Proceedings of the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago.
