Title
Authority to issue a two-month permit to Eagle Painting and Maintenance Company, Inc., a contractor of the Illinois Department of Transportation, to use the District's Canal Bank Road to access the Harlem Avenue bridge over the north side of the Main Channel located in Forest View, Illinois, to clean and paint the bridge structure and to use a 150' x 50' portion of Main Channel Parcel 37.03, as an equipment staging area. Consideration shall be a fee of $2,500.00

Dear Sir:
Eagle Painting and Maintenance Company, Inc. ("Eagle Painting") a contractor of the Illinois Department of Transportation, has requested to use the District's Canal Bank Road to access the Harlem Avenue bridge over the north side of the Main Channel located in Forest View, Illinois, to clean and paint the bridge structure and to use a 150' x 50' portion of Main Channel Parcel 37.03, as an equipment staging area.
The District's technical departments have reviewed the request and there are no objections to issuing this permit to Eagle Painting to access and use the referenced District real estate provided that District facilities will be protected and that no stored equipment will limit access to District facilities and railroad. The permit fee shall be $2,500.00.
It is requested that the Executive Director recommend to the Board of Commissioners that it authorize the issuance of a two-month permit to Eagle Painting and Maintenance Company, Inc., to access the Harlem Avenue bridge over the north side of the Main Channel located in Forest View, Illinois, to clean and paint the bridge structure and to use a 150' x 50' portion of Main Channel Parcel 37.03, as an equipment staging area. Consideration shall be a fee of $2,500.00.
It is also requested that the Executive Director recommend to the Board of Commissioners that the Chairman of the Committee on Finance and the Clerk be authorized and directed to execute said permit agreement after it is approved by the General Counsel as to form and legality.
