Occasionally the District requires the services of medical professionals for employee evaluations.  In 2009, the District used the services of Cavanaugh & Associates in an employment matter.  It is requested that a final payment of $3,225.00 be made to Cavanaugh & Associates for services totaling $10,881.56

 

Funds are available in Account 101-25000-612260.
