Dear Sir:

 

On July 1, 2009, the request for proposals for Professional Services of an Industrially-Trained Nurse for the Stickney Water Reclamation Plant and Other District Locations for a Three-Year Period, was advertised and proposals were received on July 31, 2009.  The following proposers submitted a response for consideration:

 

MERCY HOSPITAL AND MEDICAL CENTER

ATC HEALTHCARE SERVICES

AB STAFFING SOLUTIONS, LLC

 

Forty-three (43) companies were notified of this request for proposal (RFP) and eight (8) companies requested proposal documents.

 

The funds for this contract have been deleted from the 2010 budget.  Therefore, the bids are rejected in the public’s best interest.  The Director of Procurement and Materials Management has informed Mercy Hospital and Medical Center, ATC Healthcare Services, and AB Staffing Solutions, LLC, of this action.
