At the Board meeting of November 19, 2009, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 27, File No. 09-1602.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated the name of the vendor as Teledyne Instruments Leeman Labs. Same should have read, Teledyne Leeman Labs.
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of November 19, 2009, be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
