At the Board Meeting of November 19, 2009, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 30, File No. 09-1606.
Subsequent to award, DTN, Inc. notified the District that DTN, Inc. merged into Telvent DTN, Inc. Telvent-DTN, Inc. is registered and in good standing with the State of Illinois.
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of November 19, 2009 be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
