Title
MOTION to appoint Miguel A. Santiago Consulting, Inc., as a Lobbyist
Body
I hereby move to appoint Miguel A. Santiago Consulting, Inc., as a Lobbyist for the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago for the 2010 regular session of the General Assembly of the State of Illinois in the months of March, April and May, 2010 at a monthly fee of $1,750.00 (one thousand seven hundred and fifty dollars) for a total annual amount not to exceed $5,250.00 (five thousand two hundred and fifty dollars).
I further move that the Director of Procurement and Materials Management be authorized and directed to issue a purchase order and enter into an agreement with Miguel A. Santiago Consulting, Inc., in an amount not to exceed $5,250.00 (five thousand two hundred and fifty dollars) upon the above and foregoing terms, and that the Chairman of the Committee on Finance, the Clerk, the Director of Procurement and Materials Management and the Executive Director be authorized and directed to execute said purchase order and related agreement on behalf of the District after said agreement is approved by the General Counsel as to form and legality.
