MOTION to appoint additional Hearing Officers for 2010
Body
I move that the Motion of February 18, 2010 appointing Hearing Officers for hearing appeals under the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago’s User Charge Ordinance, for conducting proceedings under the Sewage and Waste Control Ordinance and the Sewer Permit Ordinance, and for conducting other administrative proceedings as the need may arise be amended to include the following additional attorneys to serve as Hearing Officers for the District. All appointments shall be effective as of January 1, 2010.

2. Mr. James Caronis
