MOTION to approve monies for District-wide celebrations

Body

I move that the Board of Commissioners authorize the Executive Director to plan a District-wide summer picnic and a holiday/employment celebration dinner during 2010 and that the Executive Director be authorized to spend up to $25,000.00 on these events.
