Title
MOTION to reconsider the vote taken on March 18, 2010 with regards to Item No. 40, File #10-0346 and said matter be deferred to the next Board Meeting on April 15, 2010 for consideration.
Body
Pursuant to Article V, Section 5.19 of the Rules of the Board of Commissioners, I move to reconsider the vote taken on March 18, 2010 with respect to Agenda Item No. 40, File # 10-0346.
I further move that upon successful passage of the foregoing motion to reconsider that pursuant to Article V, Section 5.16I said Agenda Item No. 40, File #10-0346, said matter be deferred to the next regular Board meeting on April 15, 2010 for consideration.
