Dear Sir:
In accordance with Chapter 5, Section 120/2.06 of the Illinois Compiled Statutes, a review of the unreleased transcripts of closed Executive Session Meetings was conducted.
Pursuant to the review, it was determined that the need for confidentiality continues to exist with respect to the transcripts of Executive Session meetings and should remain confidential.
