Six change orders were approved by the Director of Maintenance and Operations that cumulatively, but not individually, increased or decreased the cost of a contract, sole source or blanket order by $10,000.00 or less during March and April, 2010. The contracts, sole sources, blanket order and related data are listed in the attached sheet.
