MOTION expressing support for enactment of Senate Bill 2549 pending in the Illinois General Assembly
Body
I move that the Board of Commissioners express its support for enactment of Senate Bill 2549, which will amend the definition of “plumbing” in the Illinois Plumbing License Law to include rainwater harvesting distribution systems for non-potable use and require the Department of Public Health to adopt and publish a minimum code of standards for such systems by March 1, 2011.
