2.   Payment of Award in Workers’ Compensation Claim of David Hanek v. MWRDGC, IWCC No. 06 WC 049088, $7,203.54

3.   Workers’ Compensation Claim of Patricia McAllister v. MWRDGC, IWCC No. 06 WC 48696, $9,628.13

4.   Increase Settlement of Workers’ Compensation Claim of Lucy Wilson v. MWRDGC, IWCC No. 06 WC 25696, from $6,968.40 to $9,214.00

5.   Approval of Installment Payment Plan and Freeze Interest as to LBH Industries, Inc. d/b/a Scott Plating.
