At the Board meeting of July 8, 2010, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 28, File No. 10-0780.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, “Requisitions 1292450, 1294238, and 1294250.” Same should have read, “Requisitions 1292450, 1294238, 1294250, and 1294263.”
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of July 8, 2010, be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
