Dear Sir:

 

At the Board meeting of July 8, 2010, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 23, File No. 10-0812.

 

A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order indicated, “A. C. to McCartney Equipment, Inc.,”  Same should have read, “to A. C. McCartney Equipment, Inc.,”

 

All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.

 

Therefore, it is requested that the aforesaid Board Order of July 8, 2010, be amended to effect the changes set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
