At the meeting of August 12, 2010, the Board of Commissioners duly authorized the above stated action, Agenda Item No. 20, Document No. 10-0885.
A textual error in the title/transmittal letter and resulting order, indicated Requisition 1307603. Same should have read Requisition 1312045.
All other information provided in the transmittal is correct.
Accordingly, it is requested that the aforesaid Board order of August 12, 2010, be amended to effect the change set forth above, otherwise to remain in force and effect as heretofore enacted.
