MOTION with respect to agenda Item #75, File ID #10-1079, District to adopt recommendation option #2

I hereby move that the District adopt recommendation option #2 which provides: to not pursue dissolution of CUDD until federal, state and local authorities have completed their investigation, prosecution of responsible parties, and site remediation with respect to the 12-acre-plus illegal dumping site located in the City of Markham and that the District provide periodic reporting on the status thereof.
