MOTION with respect to Agenda Item #39, File ID #10-1409, to discontinue sick leave incentive and leave balances of 120 days to take effect on January 1, 2011
Body
I move to discontinue sick leave incentive and leave balances of 120 days to take effect on January 1, 2011 for all non-represented employees. In addition to that, when an employee separates from the District for reasons other than discharge the employees will received a payment of 50% of the accumulated sick leave balance at the time of separation to a maximum of 15 days pay and that this be part of the negotiations during the collective bargaining agreements.
