MOTION No. 6 to adopt an ordinance for the levy of taxes for 2011 to provide revenues for the Reserve Claim Fund

Body

I move that an Ordinance of the Board of Commissioners of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, entitled:

“AN ORDINANCE FOR THE LEVY OF TAXES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2011, AND ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2011, UPON ALL TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN THE TERRITORIAL LIMITS OF THE METROPOLITAN WATER RECLAMATION DISTRICT OF GREATER CHICAGO AS SAID TERRITORIAL LIMITS EXIST ON JANUARY 1, 2011, FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING REVENUES FOR THE RESERVE CLAIM FUND”

be adopted.
