Dear Sir:
Request for Proposal (RFP) documents have been prepared for the Purchase and Configuration of Help Desk Software, at the request of the Information Technology Department.
The purpose of this contract is to purchase and configure new help desk software for use by the Information Technology Department and all District employees. This software will allow the Information Technology Department to effectively measure individual and team performance, ticket volume, response time, customer satisfaction and support trends.
The estimated cost for this RFP is $25,000.00.
A bid deposit is not required for this RFP.
The contract specifications require that all work commence in one year.
Appendix A will not be included in this RFP due to the scope of work to be performed under this contract.
The tentative schedule for this contract is as follows:
