Attached is the Annual Report of the Civil Service Board for the year 2011.  In accordance with Chapter 70 of the Illinois Complied Statutes, Section 2605/4.17, the annual report is to be submitted to the Board of Commissioners before January 31^st of each year.  I, therefore, request that this report be submitted to the Board on January 19, 2012.
