Dear Sir:

 

At the meeting of June 5, 2008, the Board of Commissioners authorized the above action, agenda file number 08-1260.

 

Subsequently, it was discovered that the name used, Trojan Technologies, Inc., had earlier undergone reorganization and consolidated their corporation into a partnership under the name Trojan Technologies.  Therefore, the name of Trojan Technologies should have been used.

 

All other information provided in the transmittal letter was correct.
